Candle
When you initially light your candle, always allow it to burn so that the wax melts throughout the entire surface to the edges and pools to the container's edges. This will help to avoid tunneling and ensure an even burn for the remainder of the candle's life. Keep the burn pool clean; you may wash soy candle gently in cool water - make sure it is air dry before use. Never burn your candle for longer than 3 hours to avoid a larger flame. If the candle is creating an uneven burn, simply adjust the wick to the centre of the container or the side that needs more heat.
Wicks
Attempt to keep your wick at 5mm in length at all times. Every 3 hours of burn duration, we recommend cutting the wick. Before relighting, always extinguish the flame, allow the candle to cool to room temperature, remove any wick debris, and trim the wick.

How long do our Reed Diffusers last?
Our reed diffusers last up to six months!
Reed Diffuser
Keep it away from sunlit areas like along a windowsill or above a heater which can dry out and evaporate the oil and reeds quicker. Instead, find a shaded, cool space. Another tip to preserving your reed diffuser is to place it away from drafty spaces where the fragrance will ultimately get lost.
Reed Sticks
Place the reed sticks in the oil and allow them to sit for one hour. By the end of the hour, you should start to notice the sticks slowly absorbing the oil. Often flip the reed sticks ensuring the oil is not spilling out. Flip the reed sticks every few days to ensure the scent is strong!
